Dimmer Stabilizer

The LEDFIX001 is Tradim's new, more advanced dimmer stabilizer. Not only does it resolve issues better than other dimmer stabilizers, but it is also more energy-efficient. The LEDFIX001 is only active when necessary. LED lamps do not represent a real load, meaning they do not consume the entire sinusoidal current. LED dimmers can sometimes be confused when the lamp is not drawing power. This can manifest as unstable lighting. The dimmer stabilizer activates when LED lamps stop consuming power, ensuring the dimmer continuously detects a load and can function properly. Additionally, the LEDFIX001 prevents lamps from staying lit when the dimmer is in the off position.

Difference from other stabilizers

There are stabilizers on the market that generate a current spike around the zero-crossing to prevent confusion for the dimmer by clearly indicating where the sinusoidal wave begins again. However, this results in current spikes on the network and through the dimmer, causing the dimmer to age quickly. Other stabilizers work by adding a real load, eliminating confusion in the dimmer as it is loaded with a real load. The non-real part of the LED lamp is added on top of this. Because this load is continuously active, it results in energy loss where you do not want it and heat development in the installation box.

Adapter Shafts

These adapter shafts can be used to secure the knobs we offer to the dimmer. Depending on the type and brand of dimmer, you may need these adapter shafts. The dimmers we offer come standard with these shafts.
